No, dart frogs don’t need uvb, they need a glass lid to keep enough humidity, 10 gallons is generally only enough for 1 dart frog, dart frogs should be kept with live plants, and several other problems with this . Look at joshs frogs, they’re very reliable and have some great info/Dart frog kits

Just replace the UVB bulb with a regular bulb. Plastic sheeting over most of the screen lid will keep the humidity in. Live plants are optional. The frogs can't tell the difference. $90 seems a bit steep for things that you can acquire individually.

Definitely go with a company that has a better reputation! Most of UG (if not all) are wild caught. Dart frogs are 100% better CB. And I agree with all the posters who recommend live plants vs fake, A frog knows. Just ask them.
