Would painted pot plant be safe for T enclosure?

Hello! I'm brand new. Would a painted pot plant be a safe decoration for a T? Im thinking terracotta with a door carved in so it can enter or leave as it pleases. Not going to be the actual hide itself, going to use cork bark for that, but I thought it would be fun to add. Is there a type of paint that is safe for tarantulas? Is the pot itself a good idea? Thanks!

You never know what a T will choose for a hide. I don't use paint. They don't see it in the wild, no need for captives either to come in contact. If there's a food grade paint, that would be safe generally.
