Looks like a Trochosa sp.
I just collected a male and 2 females of this species today. I'm not too sure of what it is though. It has the same stripe that extends on to the abdomen.
100% Trochosa (and a very nice specimen!). Two species in your area are T. ruricola and T. terricola.
The females are difficult to separate to species, but here's a paper that suggests a possible way to do so based on the submarginal band around the outer edge of the carapace:
