I noticed my Vinegaroon had an eggsack yesterday and it’s very fresh so how long until it hatches? I’ve put her in a dark closet and I’m not going to disturb her. I’m just curious now when the eggs hatch. I’m assuming she’s fertile cause I got her in November and she was an adult then and she’s wild caught.
Edit: she’s Mastigoproctus giganteus

It’ll be more than half a year before the baby vinegaroons leave the mother. I believe it’s between 2-3 or longer months for the eggs to hatch, another couple weeks for the babies to molt, and them they stay with the mother for a little bit more. All I can really say is patience is key and whatever you do, DO NOT DISTURB HER. Don’t feed her, don’t dig through the enclosure, don’t even lift it up or shine a light at her to check on her. You can tell when the babies are about to hatch when you see the outline of the babies’ legs and abdomen through the membrane.
