What's my millipede doing and is he okay?

It's hard to say what's going on without more information on the millipede and the enclosure, but as a quick thing, avoid touching a millipede that looks limp or inactive. It can just be that they're about to moult and moving them can harm them.

I hope so. Is going limp and not moving much normal before molting? It's been about a day.

Millipede is a young AGB. Enclosure is a 5 gal tank with mostly coconut husk substrate with a lot of wood and leaves I collected mixed in and boiled before adding, as well as shaved cuttlebone.
