What spider is this?

So, I've had this spider living inside my lamp for a long time now. it's web is a "3d" kind of web, rather than the more common "2d webs" (i hope i managed to explain that correctly, lol.)
Anyway, I just wanted to know the name, species, or whatever you can tell me by these 2 pictures.

Maybe a Nesticodes rufipes? Tentative guess...
