What kind of spider is this ?

Found this guy in San Berdandino National Forest

Can you get a little better shot of the back of the spider? I'm looking for a specific marking on this one.

There are two spiders in the first photo. The one in the foreground is an orb weaver, I want to say in genus Neoscona but I'm not convinced.

The guy in the background is a crab spider, possibly Xysticus.
