What is this lil guy?

After I introduced a group of superworms into my bioactive (no beetles yet) I found this lil guy 2 days later on the surface. The reason I haven’t assumed it a baby is because one it’s body has ridges all along it, two it moves like an inch worm and has back nub like feet, and three there was a silk like substance on the bottom where they live. Sorry the pictures aren’t great. Phone wasn’t having it lol

Looks like part of maybe a clean up crew. They are put in with roaches and crickets mainly to help eat the dead stuff.

Update: found more and they spun themselves a silk cocoon. So definitely inchworms but where they came from is a mystery

Probably some sort of grain moth that ended up there.
