brief search on a search engine called Google came up with "a tailless whip scorpion" and one of the first pages i found searching for the scientific name you posted:

glades herps has a wild caught one that is 1" long <edit>...guess you could use that to judge if $20 is a good price depending on size and age.

Probably my favorite arachnid, mostly because they really creeped me out when I first saw them in the lab. If I remember correctly, typically cave and bark dwellers. I was actually going to post if anyone had any experience or first-hand knowledge of them. No clue how long they live (this website says "years").

Reading up on them, $20.00 doesn't sound too bad. I say go for it.
