What insect makes this sound?

I hear this sound in my sump pump room every night and I have no idea what it is, it’d be really nice if somebody could identify it.

That sounds is so weird, I thought its a cutter at first. I really have no idea, but I think it might be possible that it's not an insect making that sound.

Does not sound like an cicada, nor does it sound like any cricket or katydid, my only final guess would be some kind or locust or grass hopper, but honestly, even that is a stretch. Mind if I share the video somewhere else to ask?

Some one suggested it's the switch of the pump flicking on and off

I heard the same noise outside a little bit ago, and I think it moved out of the room

Um heard it in a corner, moved out of sump room and I live by a pine tree forest, somewhat thick but it’s man made

I would say it sounds like a bird. A dark eyed junco to be specific. The call is somewhat similar. I'm not sure how it would get in the pump room, but you never know what can happen in this world.
