What do you think about this unique display terrarium?

Hey everyone I found this Table that is also a terrarium online... What are your thoughts on turning this into a large setup for a Terrestrial T? I know you would probably not see your T a whole lot but just was thinking how cool this would be to have a coffee table in your house with your T in it. Not saying I'm getting this to do that, just was curious on everyone's thoughts?

Well, IMO it's incredibly huge even for a genus Theraphosa, but that's just me since I'm knowed here for not being a fan of "10 gallons" and such.

I can't see well from that pic now how the ventilation is, let alone the opening (but my guess is a front one).

Overall, personally, I wouldn't use that, but, nonetheless, would be honest to see the whole thing IRL for a better judgement and think about some possible fix/changes etc
