I was giving me daughter a bath when this thing crawls out of my cabinet. Kind of looks like a ear wig or maybe a queen ant?

Ocypus nitens, Tasgius melanarius or a similar species.

Thanks guys. What would I feed it? From what I read they are carnivorous. Maybe pin head crickets, what about meal worms?
