I confirmed this morning that Rosie, my first T, is indeed, a female! She molted during the night and I pulled her exuvium this morning around 7. Looking at it with my fabulous new 3x/6x lighted magnifier from BioQuip, I was able to see Rosie's spermathecae!!! :) That was so cool!

I'll get pics of her in her new dress once she's all firmed up.

Also, all my slings except 1 have not eaten in about a week. The only one that's eating is the B. vagans. I checked on him Thursday night and he came right out of his cool little burrow like he was saying "Feed me!" So I gave him a drumstick which he promptly dragged into his burrow to enjoy in private. Sweet! :p

So, I'm expecting molts soon from: 3 H. incei, 2 T. violaceus, and 1 c. ritae. My juvie G. pulchripes and G. pulchra are both eating like champs. I'm thinking now that Rosie molted, her molt-y pheromones will jumpstart the slings. :D
