True spider and grasshopper identification

Which genus and species these two fellas belong to?

My guess for the "grasshopper" is that it is a bush-cricket, most likely Meconema meridionale. You can read a little more about them here: they are a species that has come over from Europe a couple of decades ago that is quite similar, except in wing formation, to a native species, Meconema thalassinium. I currently have a heavy blue-light filter on my screen though as I'm funny about seeing blue light in the evening, so take my ID with a pinch of salt...

If the spider is A. diadematus, it is one with a weird coloration.

That is the common colour of them over here
I was about to say. I found one out of a web here, the Asian version of Araneus. Typical diadematus shape but it got misplaced in the factory and went through the Green Lynx paint department. Showed it to an entomologist who asked to keep it as it was such an extreme of color variation. Electric green with black and gold pin striping.
