Tonkinbolus and Apeuthes Taxonomic Issues

I have the permits for Tonkinbolus dollfusi, but I see other species for sale more frequently in the US. What is the difference between Apeuthes and Tonkinbolus caudulanus? Was T. caudulanus reclassified to Apeuthes, or are they completely separate species? I will likely apply for the permits for these other species (as well as for Thyropygus pachyurus), but I want to ensure that I understand the taxonomy.

This paper on Vietnamese millipedes identifies the two genera as completely distinct, in fact from different families (2004) – note there are species of both genera in Vietnam:
