Suma (fasciatum) molted this am, and there are definate booty stripes. Yeah!!! It is now 4th instar. Can't get the pics for two reasons; hubby left the camcorder at the IL's, and Suma is in the burrow still. Did manage to get the exuvium out, but it had already started to dry, so I just put it in the baggie with the others.
Sac-mate Fang ( my son's) isn't too far behind, it is black as can be.
I am spider-sitting for a friend of mine who has 2 sac-mates as well, they are also very dark. Could be "Fasciatum Molt Week" at my house.
