these guys are indeed in my opinion the hardiest of all arachnids, i was sent some recently well sorta, they were sent regualr parcle delivery from NM to MI no heat packs, so so packing, 1 female, 1 male, 2 unsexed broodlings, 10 frickin days in the mail! mind you it is 4-20 degrees here now in the day, all are alive since last week and digging like no tommorow! hows that for a hardy pet my friends simply amazing, i think it must have to do with the temperature changes over there , hopefully my wc female is gravid she is quite fat and is imperfect (maybe intense mating eh?, wishful thinking), btw what do you guys feed the young i been using small crickets and chopped up mealworms? but it seems they won't scavenge dead prey? no vibrations prolly eh?

i usually feed my youngin juvi crickets with crushed heads. it severely slows down the cricket, and its not too big for the little guy to eat
