First day getting it and it takes off three times.

First day getting it and it takes off three times.

The first time:I snorted at it not getting off the tissue. Took off up my arm and down my back.
Second time: tried feeding it. Had to much moss in the housing.
And last took off while I was trying to get it out of that cup back into the housing.
