I built a custom terrarium for my T. blondi. The base is Exo Terra’s wide low.

The sides are using Great Stuff Pond & Stone foam as well as clear silicone. Then, packed on various substrates to create textures. Several inches of sub and moss to keep in the humidity. Various barks and leaf litter.

He/she gets about 20-30 mins of diffused sunlight from a sky light. Seems to really enjoy it and even comes out.

Absolutely MASSIVE for a tarantula that small and fall from the top could be fatal.

I agree with basin79 your little one needs to grow sone before putting it in there looks nice though.
