Some of my scorpions have died from an unknown cause. I feed my scorpions at least twice a month, I give them the same habitat as where there came from and somthing to hide under. I don't handle them. So is it that I need to sun them?

Most if not all scorps are sensitive to the sun or bright lights. They gain no benefit from the type of light that you provide. They do however need a place to hide from the light, if they choose. What kinda of scorps are we talking about. Knowing the type of scorp and the conditions that they are kept in will help pinpoint the problom.

I don't know exactly what kind of scorps they are but I live in southern California and caught them in my back yard. They have water in a cotton ball and are fed regularly.

Cotton ball = Bad.

Give them a shallow water dish. The rest, I'll leave up to the scorpion people.
