Sundew and Millipede Compatability?

I am currently having a fruit fly problem and have heard that the carnivorous plant sundew, either bird's nest or cape, would be a good way of controlling the flys. Can this pose any harm to the millipedes or any potential baby millipedes if I put the sundew in the terrarium?

If I understand correctly, sundews require very wet soil - much higher moisture levels than your millipedes will be able to tolerate.

With this information, I suppose you could bury a pot in the current substrate to keep from having soaking wet substrate for the millipede, though I would watch the millipede to make sure it doesn't try to climb in.

It could harm the sundew or the millipede if they interact, just put fly paper outside the setup for when the flies exit the vents. Or grow a sundew in the room to help with the same thing.
