suggestion for glueing coco fiber to backdrops?

so i want to know if anyone has any idea what i can use to add to my styrofoam background with coco fiber for a arboreal fish tank? right now i'm using titebond III but i really hate how after time it comes off :/ what else can i use besides this???

I used 100% silicone, but make sure there is absolutely no smell before you but your critter in

Leave for at least 24 hrs before using.

I use titebond III and I've never had it come off. My oldest cage I have used with it is over 3 years old. You really have to mix it pretty thick to get a good
