Hi everyone,
I've been keeping millipedes for 1,5 year and I don't have a lot of experience with them. Today I've found strange black spots on one of my rainbow millipede's body. I don't remember if there were any spots 2 or 3 days ago, so I think they appeared today. The millipede is active, I took it and it crawled along my hand quite quickly. What can these spots be and why did they appear? Are they dangerous for the millipede? Thank you.

Most likely just a minor defect from a previous molt. Is the millipede acting strange in any way?

No, it acts as usual, eats and runs in the evenings and hides in the mornings. Maybe you're right, there's nothing serious. It's just that I've never come across such spots and wanted to double-check.

Then ya it’s fine long as you don’t see it expand then it might be something worrisome
