Stowaway roach with Lobster roach colony

I found this little roach in my Lobster roach colony. It is very small (that is a large Lobster nymph next to it). Does anyone know what it is?

Ok now I found a new stowaway. It is already larger than the lobster roaches, and looks different anyway, with the white patches on the edge of the first three segments. Any ideas?

That looks like a hissing cockroach nymph.
