My B. boehmei just molted and after a some hours I noticed this fluid on the web which he laid on during molt which was not there during nor right after his molt. I don’t remember misting since I do it every weekend strictly. Just wondering what it might be, any thoughts?

I see that on occasion after my Ts molt. I admit I don't know what it is, but it has never caused any ill affects

Likely fluid that escapes the body during the molting process, if I had to guess. Assuming that Ts use fluid to help separate themselves from their old exuvia while they molt (I haven't looked into all of the smaller details of molting so this is just based on my internal line of logic), the process takes a lot out of them and is why it's important that a freshly molted T has access to water.
