Ohh, that would startle me too! One chilly spring evening this year I had the window open a bit and a big Philodromus spider walked in to stand on the wall. *da-dum-ba-dum* *phew, warm place* But since I have my little Steatodas living here, and the Philodromus spiders are hunters, I decided to take him to the balcony. I put him in a small cardboard box to protect him from the wind.
