I'm currently at my mom's house in Southern Iowa and she always gets some nice spiders around the outside of the house. I'm terrible with identifying most creepy crawlers so I thought I'd ask what these guys may be.
The pictures aren't that great, but I can try and get some better pictures if needed.

The first guy is pretty small. Big abdomen and some impressive "boxing gloves". It looks like it has some brownish markings.
I feel like the second one should be obvious to me, but I suck soooooo...

Please pardon my spider newbie-ness. ^ ^;

First looks like Steatoda, false widow, but the picture isn't great.

Second looks like Tegenaria domestica (funnel weaver/grass spider) or some other type of Agelenid.

Those sound good to me! I'm not sure if I've ever seen a false widow around the house, so that's pretty neat! A year or two ago we had three levels of the grass spiders like a little spider condo! It was kinda cute.
Here's a few more better pictures since I was smart and grabbed a flashlight this time.
