Sphagnum moss For spiderlings

Hello so my gf recently bought me some sphagnum moss ive never used it before its damp in a bag its what its like when it arrived
I want to rehouse my spiderlings would using this be okay? Anything i need to do? Thanks

People do use moss in with slings. A well known breeder I know does it, but not as sole media for substrate nor for climbing either. Def. invest in some cork.

Do you know what the ingredients are and if it has anything else in it? I have no experience with the pre-moistened stuff. I have a bag of the dry stuff and just wet it myself.

It dont say it just says the list of animals its good for but my girlfriend said itd be perfect for tarantulas as it said so on discription of the product on amazon its just wet idk what to do with it
