Looks like something it got from the food or it came like that wild caught. It just sucks that it had to happen like that, when you could have easily happened to have gotten a perfectly fine CB scorp. What did you feed it? And also, I agree that it could have just been a weird miscarriage of the scorplings. So sad, you have my condolences...
The main diet was superworms. Occasionally I let them snack on crickets.

The white thing actually has black dots in the correct positions to be scorpions eyes, two in the middle and a few on the left and right sides near the front. So assuming we are looking at the topside of it and it is facing us I would guess these were un developed scorplings and this was a sort of miscarriage.

@KrayneZ How were you keeping the specimen? Humditiy/Temps/Setup/etc.? Anything amiss with those factors could have contributed to the miscarriage. An injury could also cause issues internally.

Probably never know for sure.

Sorry for your loss(es).

Did you ever get any more Scorpions?
