Small budget

    uh... i've got quitte a small budget, around €100, is there any good camera and/or lense i could buy with that money?

    At that point I'd just use my iPhone with a macro lens. That is, if you have an iPhone.

    I think i might have found a nice lens, but i can't see the price for it anywhere... Maybe it's just me being blind again.

    Maybe you can look for a second hand old canon model like 400D/450D or even 500D and buy it second hand. A cheap and really good canon lens is the canon 50mm 1.8. You can buy it for around 50 bucks (second hand) and its razor sharp and very suited for low light photography too.
