^ Good advice. If you're so inclined, you should also get a copy of the TKG, or Marshall's Tarantulas and Other Arachnids. Or better yet, get both. Both books have extensive information on caring for slings.
Generally speaking you keep slings at a slightly higher humidity than adult Tarantula of the same species. Just keep the substrate a little damp, but not wet if that makes sense. Also keep the sling in an appropriately sized enclosure.
