Shipping scorps in the post?

I have heard that scorps are easier to stress and sometimes die because of it. My question is how well do they survive in shipping?

all depends one how they're packed up. I had four shipped to me a few weeks ago that did fine, and that is the usual scenario with scorpions. There's a "how to pack your bug" tutorial in the T forums that is very excellent at describing how to pack up for shipping. If done this way, they won't likely die unless the shipping agency royally messes with things

If properly packed to avoid dessication and with resonable temperatures, they can survive in the post for 10 days or more.

I had a P. imperator that was packed in the most perfect way, it came all the way from Florida to California, and made it without any problems at all.

This is all good news. I have ordered a lot of Ts on the net but was worried about scorps. Now it looks like I have to find some good sources in Canada. Thanks.
Anyone know of any Hottentotts for sale in Canada?:)
