Shipping Dubias - Need help

My dubia colony has finally reached the limit of over load where I am going to sell some. I have a few people interested, but this would take having to ship them. I have never shipped anything let alone roaches!

If you have done this and can give me the in's and out's of shipping roaches I would appreciate it!! Please share any and all knowledge, tips, etc.

This time of year use an insulated/styrofoam lined box with heat pack inside. Poke some holes through the box although some don't do this. Inside the box stuff with newspaper. Put roaches in some sort of tupperware or deli cup style container with either egg crate or shredded material/substrate so they have something to hang onto. Place container in middle of box with newspaper crumpled all around it. On top, below and around all sides to soften any strong jolts/drops. Thats it.
