I want to know how the picture is sent out, every time I choose the picture when the link appears, how is this?

Down on the bottom right of where you're typing your message press the 'Upload a File' button in the middle. When the box appears in the center of your screen press the white button that says 'Choose File'. It will automatically open windows explorer and you choose the photo from whatever folder you have them in.
It takes a few seconds to load the file - it will look like it isn't doing anything, but it is. After it has loaded, the photo will appear under where your message is typed. Choose to either insert as a Thumbnail or Full Image.
