Scorpion Shipping

What's the best Shipping company to ship baby scorpions? I've read some (Such as USPS) require you to ship scorpions strictly for medical or antivenin purposes. Which company offers less restrictions on scorpions/is the best way to ship them?

The only legal way to do it is FedEx but everyone uses usps lol. Its cheaper and they wont know unless they randomly open ur box and unpack it all
