Alright. I don’t have a count, but there’s at least 30 and likely 40-50. I think I’m supposed to let them live together so that they can molt?

Those are so cute and cool! I want a couple of them! lol.

What species specifically are these? A Centipede or two has been on my list for a long time.

I think it’s a variant of hobby galapagoensis, which isn’t really galapagoensis, so no one really knows. Some theories say hobby galapagoensis are all gigantea though.

That's damned cool. A Centipede has been on my list for a long time and I'd love to start with a small one. If you decide to sell and ship to TX please let me know! My GF may kill me, but these are AWESOME.

A bit of an update:

I still don’t have a count. It seems the giants love to pile up on top of each other. I also found one dead pling. Interestingly this one was very isolated from the rest always.

I really wish some Taxonomist would get to work on this. It's confusing as hell.

Here’s an update:

They all started molting over a period of a few days about 2 weeks after emerging. After a few days they started cannibalising. I think only the Pedes that were slow to molt got eaten by the already hardened siblings. Final count was 46.5, although I keep finding extra, so we are up to 52.5 now.

The babies are pretty big. Most are over 2 inches, some pushing 2.5

Here’s some photos

I've got a pair of Boxer Puppies that are also very cute, but I have a soft spot for hard bodied cuties for sure. These are absolutely adorable.
