How moist should I keep these guys? Is just a water dish okay or sold I make the soil moist too since the slings like to burrow? Should I mist the sides of the enclosure once a week?

Keep them moist. With a water dish, it's just easier with one. Don't bother misting. Keep it well ventilated and overflow the dish once a week or so.
Basically just don't let it dry out completely.

Keep on slightly moist sub with a water dish, don't bother with misting, I just pipette water into the sub or overflow the water dish whenever it looks like it's drying out.

I don't ever let them dry out completely.

And i do let them dry out completely. They do like some moisture, but they are also pretty drought tolerant.....i have raised both cams and irminia totally dry without issue.

Misting has zero effect on humidity. Plus, ts need moisture, not humidity.

I can't agree any more with you.. Soaking substrate is what you need
