With the amount of information provided I can say without a doubt that your G. Rosea definitely might be in premolt or it might not.
Not eating is an extremely common problem with G. Rosea.
It would help to give more information, ir instance, how big is it, when did it molt last, can you provide a picture of the T and the whole enclosure, when did it eat last, what size of prey do you feed it, does it normally spend time in its hide, is its abdomen darkened and or enlarged, is its abdomen shiny.
A darkened abdomen is a sign that a new exoskeleton is growing underneath the old one. It is one of the signs of premolt along with loss of appetite and a few other signs. The only problem now it its really hard to know how long your T will be in premolt.
Right, hiding and a dark bum are signs of pre-molt. Make sure you don't jostle it too much. Spiders in pre-molt are very vulnerable. Just keep their water dish full and dampen a quarter of the substrate (damp not drenched) to keep humidity up right now. Humidity can help keep them from getting stuck, but this species doesn't like wet substrate so doing a large part of their enclosure will likely stress them out.
Note that you shouldn't expect frequent molts with this species. At 1" and above, it could be months (in excess of half of a year) between molts. This species isn't known for their growth rate.
