Quick question:
Are Porcellionoides pruinosus - Powder blue and Porcellionoides pruinosus - Orange the same type of isopod?
As far as care, activity, and shell hardness are concerened.

Yes. As the nomenclature would lead you to believe they are the same species. Powder oranges are just a morph/mutation. They’re both equally hardy, fast, reproductive and love a good bit of humidity. They make great cleanup crews for vertebrate vivariums but have a decent protein requirement that would lead a swarm of them to overpower and kill a molting/otherwise vulnerable invert
