please help! I think something is wrong with my curlyhair tarantula!

So I have a female B. albopilosum that molted like 2 weeks ago and this reddish mark showed up on her cephalothorax. she is very sluggish now and won't eat. she lost a leg in the molt and I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it. some time she just sits in her water dish for hours. anything helps. thanks!

I hope the dish has water in it.

Looks like she was scraped somehow. The right front leg doesn't look too good either. All you can do is wait it out.

Glad it seems to be doing better. Not eating for a couple weeks after a molt isn’t a worry, especially after a troubled molt. @viper69, I was looking at leg R1 after reading your post and I see what you mean, but the longer I looked the more it appears that all the legs on that side are somewhat smaller and have less setae. It may be the way it’s standing, or lighting, but does the right look asymmetrical to you also?

Good. I have a curly hair as well. Hope she pulls through
