I am wanting to raise scolopendra polymorpha/heros alongside catching Arizona barks. Know any good areas or places for collecting?

If you live in the areas where they are found wild I would suggest searching for them during the night. I've heard of people using blacklights while out searching for them. Good luck in finding some :)

That's how I find mine, with my uv light at night out here in the Mojave desert. My latest is this large male for my female bark I've had for 4 years

Somewhere there’s a diagram of Phoenix zip codes which shows amount of scorpion stings reported in each. Go out at night with a black light, they are found in urban areas. I’ve found polymorpha in Phoenix before. It helps to go flip rocks after some rain. Heros can be found in Tucson and southwestern Phoenix.
