Hello. This is my 1st scorpion ever. The reason I got this scorpion is because it' stays smaller and doesn' have very strong venom and over always been interesed in scorpions in General.

Anyways the seller told me that its WC and that they don' know the sex/ couldn't guarantee the sex of it.
I've had it now for 2 days and it' a very intereting little scorpion.

Anyways can anyone help me out with the gender/sex? I took some pictures but its kind of hard for me to tell. From what I've read the males have a longer comb like thing (can' remember what its called) and I can't tell.

PS:I've added more sand to the substrate it's should be about 60% Eco Earth and 40% sand

Count the pectine tooth. 16-22: female 22-27: male

I took another picture and it looks like it' a she. She has very short pectine tooth and it looks like there's 18 of them. I could be wrong just because of how small they are.

    But thank you

You can also check the distance between the bottom of the pectines. Females' are wider.
