Does anyone have pics of this scorp? Are they available in the trade?

I think some zoo here in Holland has them, this species is heavely endangered.
Has cites on it, and I think only very few to nobody have this species in the hobby.

I don't think they are actually blue in colour, it's a consequence of the light in that photo. I think many P. imperator may be misidentified P. dictator, both have been heavily collected form the wild and so are CITES listed.
