Pacman frog shedding all the time?

So recently my pacman frog has been "shedding" over and over again. Every time I pick him up to clean him or give him a nice bath for him to digest and relax, I notice that there's a type of skin coming out of him, I don't understand if it is actual skin or dried frog slime combined with eco earth. He actually did shed his "normal" skin a few weeks ago.
