Acquired this scorp today was wanting to be sure on ID. Would much appreciate any and all care tips and or how to keep them. Possibly gravid?

That is glabifrons...might be in premolt...could be gravid. This species is easily differentiated from boehmi as glabifrons have granulation on their chela as boehmi do not. And, you do have a female.

They are found in areas of semi scrub rocky areas where they dig burrows in sandy substrate. It is mostly dry but they can burrow down to where the sand/soil is moist. I would assume like with mine seasonal wetting of soil (2 weeks out of the year) but mostly dry throughout the year. I offer mine water once a week and keep them warm between 75-85 degrees. Hope this helps! I have heard they prey mostly on millipedes....I feed mine roaches/criks.
