X. intermedia molted (!)
B. albiceps decided to molt upright
TurboKid, the G. pulchra
Tank Girl, Pampho sp. Machala
Trying out the new camera
Mature male Borneo Black. 11 months from tiny sling to maturity. Right on par with my other records:
OBT 11 months
N. incei 11 months
H. gigas 10 months
Getting back into the Eumenophorinae game. Got some of the babies my H. gigas male produced:
Also got two M. balfouri:
Freebie Chilobrachys dyscolus. Very cool:
These threat poses are getting more legitimate now. Lampropelma sp. Borneo Black.
Phormictopus sp. Purple and Xenesthis intermedia. Pretty good sized spiders.
Phormictopus auratus juvenile
Pampho sp. Machala molted!
This tiny H. gigas is giving a threat pose. Might have to keep this one. That’s a condiment cup it’s in, for scale.
Truly amazing collection... Great shots as well.
Pampho sp. Machala. She’s huge
Looks like both my C. schioedtei are male
Got around to measuring P. sp. Machala molt. Was 6.5”. So maybe now she’s 7”. And she looks enormous. If she ever does make it to 8”, it will be ridiculous.
Recent molts from fimbriatus pair (looks like 1 male, 1 female) and genic female:
Bigger Borneo Black molted. Seriously needs rehouse:
Nice looking B. hamorii
Is the Lampropelma there full grown? It's a beauty.
No, not full grown yet. Maybe a bit over 5” now
Borneo Black rehouse. Lost the tip of one toe in her last molt
Male G. iheringi eating a large dubia
Cute little balfouri
It’s about time for another X. intermedia photo sesh
My girl has refused to eat??? guess she will have a new dress soon. Nice shot Olan
Yeah, must be serious premolt. It is certainly against their nature to refuse prey.
