Hey, in a week or so i'll be the new owner of a Paraphrynus cubensis. It will be quite small about 1/4 of an inch, and I was wondering what kind of set up will best suit this animal? I know they need space to molt but do they dig at all? Is a smaller set up better to eliminate risk of a fall? I'm really looking forward to my new addition but need some assistance. Any help is appreciated :)

It needs a vertical to horizontal surface to molt from and it needs high humidity. It will not burrow. It doesn't need good ventilation, high humidity is more important. You don't need to worry about it falling as long as it can hold on to the surface it is climbing. Cork bark works fine. Most species you can use styrofoam, but I don't know about this species.

Only thing I'll add is vertical space is more important than horizontal.

Styrofoam is fine as a molting surface, though if you have cork bark you can use it. I use cork board for all my whips and haven't had any issues.
