Here's an arboreal enclosure I put together to house our Nephila, at our last house she lived in a hula hoop hanging from the ceiling in our reptile room but as she got bigger so did her webs, quite often stretching from wall to wall.
This species often makes me think of what a small world we live in as they occur in Indonesia, Japan, new Guinea and Australia to name a few, I met a pet shop owner when I was in Bangkok and last year she sent me photos of some she had seen in Laos which were pretty much identical in markings to ours.
The terrarium is set up with peat moss and sphagnum substrate, fake ferns and some particularly "handsome" sticks.
She is "Cape York “ locale and would be getting close to the 20cm maximum size.
