So, last night I was working on my T's doing maintenance etc. and I decided to take the plunge and see what the heck happened to my E. murinus. I have not seen him for a month, roaches have not disappeared, no signs of life. He normally hangs at the mouth of his humongous burrow at night, but haven't seen him there in weeks. I was figuring that he was dead, so I emptied out the tank. Couldn't even find a corpse, so I started sifting through the peat. I discovered one very tiny, very mature, very ticked off tarantula. Nice surprise, especially since my female E. murinus just molted last month. Looks like someone's got a date after I plump him up with a nice fat roach. I'll post him in the F/L/T section after a couple of pairings w/ my female. Would LOVE to get a sac from these two, they're very cool t's.
