New here, meet Sedona

This is Sedona, a desert blonde. I got her Sunday. With her legs extended, she's about 2 1/2" and her body without the legs is almost 1 1/2". I guess she could be anywhere from 2 years old to 10 years old. She's very personable. Although I know we shouldn't take them out often, I had her out twice to fix her habitat. She climbs right up and out and onto my hand and then slowly explores. No aggressive moves at all. I'm already in love.

That's a good choice for a first tarantula -- hardy and generally easygoing.
